After receiving my item badly damaged, I requested a return label. The seller provided one from DHL.
Ten days later, still no pick-up from my home (we don't live anywhere near a DHL drop-off). Every day I had to make a new pick-up request. Ebay.ca customer service was rude, condescending, and of no help to get the ball rolling. I finally opened a claim through PayPal, and the second I did, I received an email from Ebay.ca stating they would no longer be able to help me.
On the eleventh day, DHL arrived to pick up the package (with no warning). I immediately closed my claim with PayPal, and the next day got an email from Ebay.ca telling me 'thank you' for closing the case, but unfortunately now I would have to deal with my bank to get a refund. They no longer had the power to refund me. ???
Now PayPal and my bank will hash it out, and I will need to wait for up to 90 days to get my money back! My Ebay.ca account is now closed.

Customer received is purchase and also got refunded this morning
I got ripped off, and eBay did nothing to help, saying it was too late. Promoting thieving is not the right way to keep sellers selling, no matter how long. This is not the first time it happened, but it is the last time.

I am having trouble getting DHL to pick up a return package. I was told I would have to wait for help until the 'seller's grace period' was over.
What the *** is that? I have a deadline to return it, and 10 days later I am running out of time.
We ended up having an argument when all she could do was repeat 'listen!... listen!' instead of hearing my questions.
Who, in customer service, does that? So rude and condescending.

Does eBay arrange delivery of recreational vehicles? I'm interested in one, and the seller says she has let eBay handle her sale.

Hi, I cancelled order #01-13***-***** on November 25 within five minutes of placing it due to an incorrect mailing address (see my request of cancel order email below). However, I havent received any response to my email, and the cancellation has not been accepted as of November 29.
I also tried to contact the seller through chat support, but there was no response, and no phone number was provided.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Buy telling them they are going to be put under investigation for Fraud.
Buy the FTC / Where there located out of. Over 10 times.
And i will be getting a hold of the Ombudsmen also .Where there located at. Every time i ask for a callback/.
I recieved a email message from them on Aug 7th/2025. The seller claims the item was delievered to me.And now they will not credit me for the item.
And becuause of the BS. With the coriour Atempting to deliver it . And i was not there then. I have contacted the coriour various times to have them deliever it to me.
But they keep on persisting to pick it up. All the friggen time. How do they expect me to get it .When i can,t locate there hub in Regina?
I have explian the problem to the *** in customer service in Ebays customer support office probaly well over 20 times already what is going on with the coriour. Now today i get the friggin message i won,t be credited for the item.

Ebay kept on with there crap every time i tried to get tracking info on are order. The same with DHL Customer Servivice.
The item Finely showed up At There bogus faciility .In Regina. There was a notice on on fhe front door . At the rooming house .I staying in. That there was a attemped delivery At 3: 24 Pm / On July 28.
2025. It clearly states on it That the delivery person will try agian in a couple of hours. Or the next day again. When i got into my suite.
There were3 calls. From the delivery person. He told me he is at there warehouse. To come and pickiup are item.
He persisted /That i come and get it. They show 3 different Locations for Regina.Sk. None of them in there info .Show for the Hub.It clearly shows .Also/ When you bring up any of the DHL Sites/ That none of there warhouses. Are Equip for .The customers to pick up there item.
None of there People working for them .No there Terms or Policys I have Contacted There Customers Suport office last week 2 days in a row. I takk to 2 different suppervisiors. They don,t even let you try to explain what the problem is. You try to stay anymore then 3 word .
To any of them. There cutting me off. All the time. Then they wonder.
I people go balistic on the.
Also i have ask for callbacks from ebay customer service . Since July/6Th/2025/ Every time i call about the problems.They keep on changing the date on me when they will step in.

Want my purchase and eBay said they are returning my purchase! I need my purchase.
eBay has decided to tell me today that they will not ship my shipment because they returned it due to some reason that I've never heard of before, and I need my shipment because that is how I need my cameras for my livestream of my baseball game. Now my cameras have been shipped back to the user, and I have no idea why they are being shipped back.
I've paid for this in full through my eBay account, and for some reason, they still will not ship me my cameras. This is absolutely *** and now it is going to cost me a lot of money due to the fact that I have no cameras to stream for my baseball tournament coming up.

That you can call to talk to an actual person there. That you have to use their site chat option. To have someone from their customer support office call you back. I will try to make this complaint short and to the point.
Anytime there is a problem with a seller on their site or problems with an item you ordered, it is next to impossible to get credited for the items. You have to keep on contacting them all the time and go through the garbage system. Then when you do get a call back finally, None of the people that work in their customer support office can get their facts straight. They give you a different story all the time.
I asked to talk to a manager 3 times. I was told a manager would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. Finally, after complaining all the time for over 3 weeks, I was called by a manager 6 days later. This woman couldn't get her facts straight also.
LOL: They need to get people in their customer support office that know what they're doing. By what she told me, that she is dealing with over 900 complaints, clearly states to me they have a serious problem and aren't doing a damn thing about it.

The issue was not resolved regarding their access into my bank account my eBay.
The last letter addressed to me from eBay seem to apply that they could enter into my account and debit without my prior knowledge after I signed some type of an agreement.
I understand theres a lot of scams out there, but you should hold the money until everything is clear and then forward me the balance my e-transfers so I can deposit into my account.
I hope you can understand it isnt wise to have anybody have access to a bank account as mistakes on other parties are very difficult if not impossible to repair once the damage is done and money are removed.

I ordered for a shoe but discovered it was was going to a wrong address as I didn't update my address so immediately after checking out I canceled but ebay declined cancelation i also left a note showing my new address but on tracking it's showing order heading for my my old address
